PVC Packaging
- The order is wrapped in a UV stablized marine grade heat shrink.
- Card board is used between layers of differing products.
- By placing the posts on top, the thinner rails and pickets are protected from the straps used to tie the material down.
Our Pallets
Our pallets are built by us. Every pallet is designed to provide proper support to the material that is placed on it. This ensures that the fence will arrive undamaged.
Packaging with the Installer in Mind
How many times have you gotten to the job site and realize you have hours worth of work before you can even start?
Most PVC fabricators spend little to no time considering the installer when they package a job. They place the posts on the bottom, followed by the rails, and finally the pickets. Unfortunately the posts are the first thing needed. This leads to the installers having to unpack the pickets and rails to get to the posts. Often times they are forced to scatter the pickets and rails around the yard, which leads to dirt and mud getting all over the new fence before it is even installed.
We have a better way. All our PVC orders are stacked in the order the installer actually uses the material. The pickets are placed on the bottom, followed by the rails, and finally the posts are placed on top. When the installers arrive, they can unload the posts and begin installation rite away.
What to do with All that Card Board?
Ever notice that when you get done installing a Aluminum picket fence your stuck with a truck load of card board to haul away. And heaven help you if the order gets rained on before you get it installed. Then all those card board boxes fall apart leaving you with at best a mess, and under the worst circumstance scratched material.
We have a better way. All our Aluminum picket orders are packaged using a marine grade UV stablized heat shrink plastic. If an order is left in the rain the package remains intact. Additionally, the packaging from most jobs will fit into a contractors garbage bag for easy disposal.
